Dr Au is a registered ophthalmologist in both Australia and Singapore. Dr Au has joined our team of experienced and professional Ophthalmologists in February 2023. 

He is originally from Toronto, Canada and completed his undergraduate training in the UK at the St George’s University of London (formerly known as St George’s Hospital Medical School), which included the Moorfields Duke Elder Eye Unit. He then moved to Singapore for his ophthalmology training at the prestigious Singapore National Eye Centre and pursued a fellowship in Complex Cataracts at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital (RVEEH) under the mentorship of Dr Anton Van Heerden. 

He has also undertaken observerships in the US, Canada and Singapore with various eminent ophthalmologists.

His diverse global experience allows him to provide individualized care across a wide range of ophthalmic specialties. He is proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese.

Dr Au also performs refractive surgery at Eye Laser Specialists.
